Mathew Allyn - 71

Mathew enters his senior season as a varsity lineman, mainly playing either left or right guard. His most memorable moment is the conversations in his room that took place at the University of Washington football camp with all his best friends from football. Mathew’s interests include community service, hiking, canoeing, music and hanging out with friends – especially runs to Triple X Burger. In addition to football, Mathew participates in many organizations both inside and out of school, including Honors Society and Frisbee Club. Mathew would like to thank his mom and dad for pushing him to achieve a level of excellence they always believed he could reach. After high school Mathew plans to go on and attend the University of Washington where he will earn a doctorate in the degree he decides to follow.

 

 


Tyler Borgen - 11             

Tyler Borgen is a second year varsity Falcon. He saw mixed play time last year on special teams, but is ready to take the reigns this year at quarterback. His favorite moment as a Falcon was when Chase Pfeiffer asked for a bigger locker because his helmet could not fit and coach looked at him like he was an idiot. When he is not playing football he is hanging out with his homies or playing some video games.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


Bryan Cavanagh - 28

Bryan is in his fourth year playing for the Flacons and is a returning letterman. Bryan’s most memorable moment was when he and his brother made a gang tackle last year. When Bryan is not playing running back or linebacker, Bryan competes in wrestling and is one of the captains for track. Bryan also loves hanging out with his friends, lifting weights, watching movies, and trying to beat Sean at video games. Bryan would like to thank his Mom for some how doing all that she does for him and his brother, thank his Dad for coming to his games and cheering him on, thank his brother Sean for being a teammate for almost 6 years, and finally thank his friends, family and everyone else who has stayed with him through the good times and bad. Bryan loves you guys. After high school Bryan plans to go to Western or Central with Sean and figure what he wants to do in life.

 

 

 


Sean Cavanagh - 6

Sean is in his fourth year playing Kentlake football as a wide receiver and defensive back. His most memorable moment was catching an interception in husky stadium during the UW camp. Outside of football Sean competes in wrestling and track and hopes to go to state in both this year. Sean would like to thanks his spectacular Mom for sacrificing her time to drive him and Bryan around and supporting him throughout the years. To Sean’s Dad, thanks for coming to our games, it has meant a lot: take flight batman! Sean would also like to thank his brother Bryan for being his teammate for so many years. Bryan is the best bubba a brother could ask for. After high school Sean plans on going to college and becoming a renewable energy engineer.

 

 

 

 

 


 

Dylan Clarke - 25

Dylan is returning to the Kentlake football team for his second season. Dylan is a linebacker/running back this year. Dylan would like to thank his parents for all their support. Dylan’s most memorable moment was every Friday night, every dinner and every game.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


Dakota Fultz - 31

Dakota Fultz is new to the KLHS Football Team. He moved to Washington back in January of 2009 from Cincinnati, OH. Playing for the GE Trojans, Dakota played as cornerback, but as a Falcon, he is looking forward to playing corner and wide receiver. Dakota is planning to attend WASU next year after he graduates where he will study Wildlife Ecology so that he can help Wildlife Conservation over in Africa. Be sure to look for Dakota on the track field next spring either running hurdles, or pole vaulting!

 

 

 

 

 

 


Jesse Gilomen - 50

Jesse is a returning varsity lineman and 8-year veteran player, including the last four at Kentlake. His most memorable moment at Kentlake is the excitement of playing in his first varsity game. When not on the football field, Jesse enjoys weightlifting, snowboarding, skimboarding, cars and hanging out with his friends. He’d like to thank his family and friends that have supported him. Jesse’s plans for after Kentlake are to get his bachelor’s degree in business and start his own business.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


Taylor Guiberson - 63

This will be Taylor’s third year playing for the Falcons on the OL/DL, coming in as a sophomore with no experience to football. Weightlifting has become a major part of what Taylor does and Taylor hopes to make 1000 club this year and break the record for his weight class in squats at liftoff at the end of this year. When not playing football Taylor enjoys weightlifting, hanging out with his family and hunting. Taylor’s most memorable moment as a Falcon was the liftoff this year when we beat Kentridge at their school.  Taylor would like to thank his parents for supporting him through three years of football and would also like to thank his friend Keith who convinced me to play football. After high school Taylor plans to go to college and get a degree in criminal justice and pursue a job as a police officer.

 

 

 


Mike Holzberger - 70

Mike is a third year letterman and returning two-way starter for the Falcons in their 2009 season and hopes to make a big impact at the OL/DL positions. Mike’s most memorable moment at Kentlake was playing against Auburn last season, and halftime of that game. Mike would like to thank his loving parents who always support and encourage him in everything he does in life, and all the Kentlake coaches as well as Mr. Jensen for always helping him get better. When he’s not on the field Mike enjoys weightlifting, playing a little basketball, hittin’ the sticks, and just kicking back with the boys and of course the ladies. After high school Mike plans on playing Division 1 football somewhere and taking home an NCAA championship. After that he plans on getting a job that brings in the bankroll and marrying the girl of his dreams.

 

 


Authur Kanonik - 47

Arthur is a returning varsity running back and has played four years at Kentlake. Arthur also plays linebacker in his spare time. Arthur’s most memorable moment at Kentlake was the first time he met Coach Shep and was scared for his life. After time, Arthur has realized that Coach Shep was a huge part in his high school career. When not on the football field, Arthur enjoys weightlifting, GIRLS, snowboarding, GIRLS, cars and hanging out with GIRLS and friends. Arthur would like to thank his family, friends, and coaches that have supported him. Arthur’s plans for after Kentlake are to get his fire science degree and become the manliest firefighter ever, and get married to a smoking hot brunette.

 

 

 

 

 

 


Delon Lewis - 32

Delon Lewis is returning for his 4th year with the Falcons. He has high expectations for the team this year and believes they have what it takes to return to the playoffs. Delon plays running back and linebacker and is looking forward to making a huge impact on the team. In his spare time, Delon enjoys playing video games, chillin’, staying fresh, and vibing with the ladies. After high school Delon would like to play football at the next level and pursue a career in computer engineering. Delon would like to give a special shout out to his parents, grandparents, and little sisters for getting him into football and being there for him since day one. Robert Marsters - 18

Even though it is Robert’s first year playing football for Kentlake as a wide receiver / defensive back, he has had several memorable moments that he will never forget. His favorite moment would have to be the eating contest where some of the players took tiny bites into a maple bar thinking it would be something disgusting. Although Robert works hard both in the weight room and on the field, he also enjoys hanging out with friends and chillin’ on the beach while watching sets roll in from the horizon. During his free time Robert loves to surf and play both the ukulele and the guitar. Robert has made some great leaps, but he couldn’t have made it without the support of his Father; Robert Sr., his Mother Penny, his sister Kaitlyn, as well as his girlfriend, Jenn. If it wasn’t for them, Robert wouldn’t be where he is today. After Kentlake, Robert plans on becoming a San Diego firefighter protecting good ol’ classy San Diego. Later he plans on owning a surf shop where he can shape boards for friends.

 

 

 


Tyler Mortenson - 10

As a returning letterman at the linebacker and running back positions, Tyler will be a force to reckon with on the field. When he is not smashing his opponents he enjoys hanging with friends, playing lots of video games, weightlifting and playing basketball. Tyler maintains a 3.8 gpa, and also plays for the Kentlake Basketball team. Tyler’s most memorable moment was during his junior year when he made a switch from quarterback to linebacker (thanks Coach Williams)! Tyler would like to thank his mom and dad for their never ending support, and to his brother Brandon for being his biggest fan. After Falcon Football, Tyler plans on going to college, getting a great education and making lots of money.

 

 

 

 

 

 


Shannon Nason - Manager

This is Shannon’s fourth year as football manager.  She has thoroughly enjoyed working with the coaches and hanging out with the guys.  This year she is also the ASB Treasurer. Shannon enjoys reading, writing, cooking, and hanging out with her friends in her spare time. Also driving … fast! Her most memorable moment was when one of the guys intercepted a pass in the air and scored a touchdown. She plans to go to college and become a famous writer.  Shannon would like to thank her mom and dad, her “big brother” Derek, and all the guys for supporting her and making these years a lot of fun!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


Chase Pfeiffer - 51

Chase Pfeiffer is returning for his fourth year at Kentlake playing the offensive and defensive line positions. He hopes to make a large difference on the field this year. His most memorable moment at Kentlake was the first day of freshmen football when he came to practice a bit late and Coach Shep asked him to take his helmet off but no matter how hard he tried it wouldn’t come off. Chase would like to thank his parents and sister Chelsea, for always supporting him and being at his games to cheer him on. Chase would also like to thank Coach Shep and all the other Kentlake coaches for always pushing him to do his best. In his spare time Chase likes to hangout with his friends, play video games, snowboard, and hangout with the ladies. After graduating, Chase plans to go to an out of state college, then make his way to a chiropractic college and pursue a career in chiropractics, then get married to a beautiful blonde goddess.

 

 

 

 


Warren Powell - 75

A friend of Warren’s from Indiana convinced Warren to play football his sophomore year. Although his friend was not able to finish the season, Warren has never looked back! Warren enjoys working out and hanging out with his teammates. When Warren is not playing offense / defensive line for the Falcons, you will most likely fine him with his family or gaming with friends. After the football season, Warren squeezes into his Speedo and hits the pool with the Falcon swim team. Warren thanks his family for all of their loving support and FOOD! Warren plans to attend college or tech school after graduation.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


Jacob Prentice - 57

This is Jacob’s second year as a Falcon at the offensive and defensive line position. When not playing football Jacob enjoys hanging out with his family and barbequing. After graduating from Kentlake, Jacob plans to attend a community college, followed by a 4 year university where he will earn accounting and business degrees. Jacob also plans to join the military after college.

 

 

 

 

 


Jesse Salazar - 54

Jesse will be a strong presence on the field this year for the falcons. Jesse is a returning letterman for the last couple of years at the defensive line position, but will be playing linebacker and offensive line this year. Jesse expects to be one of the leaders and playmakers on the defense this year. When not playing football Jesse likes to hang with buds, play basketball and video games. Jesse’s most memorable moment playing football would be his 8 tackle game against Tahoma last year. Jesse would like to give special thanks to his family for all the support and love. Jesse’s after high school plans are to go to college and play football, get a degree, and start a fat business.

 

 

 

 

 

 


Mike Salazar - 1

Mike is returning his senior year after not playing his junior season. Mike is looking to be a playmaker on both sides of the ball playing WR and DB. When Mike is not on the field he enjoys kickin’ it with the homies and ladies, also playing video games, hiking, hunting and mountain biking. On weekends Mike enjoys skydiving. Mike also will be returning as a varsity letterman in basketball this year. Mike would like to thank his parents and coaches for being there all these years of sports and dealing with him. Mike’s most memorable moment is every moment. After high school Mike wants to play sports in college.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


Micah Siler - 81

Micah attends high school on-line and plays sports for Kentlake. This is Micah’s second year playing Kentlake football as a wide receiver and defensive back. What Micah remembers most about playing Falcon football is every day being pushed hard to go beyond his expectations. Micah enjoys playing all sports and being active. Micah also loves fishing, hunting and camping. Micah would like to thank all of his family and friends for being there for him. Micah’s plans after high school are to go to college and get a career that pays off with commitment and hard work.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


Giordan Smith - 26

Giordan Smith is a returning letterman at the running back and defensive back positions. He hopes to be a dominating force on the field this year. When Giordan isn’t playing football he enjoys playing X-box, hangin’ with the crew and chillin’ with girls. Giordan’s favorite memory is getting an interception in the ninth grade and returning it for a touchdown. He would like to thank his grandma for always being there for him. He would also like to thank his cousin for getting him into football.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


Tyler Wright - 15

Tyler’s senior year will be his 4th year on the starting line for the varsity squad. He has received multiple All League Honors over the last 3 years and is working hard towards accomplishing his goal of honors all 4 years. His most memorable moments include: his very first high school game, kicking the game winning PAT in the last 2 minutes against Emerald Ridge and his breakout game against Decatur where he scored 2 touchdowns. Tyler will be a returning WR/DB/Special Teams player. When not playing football you can find Tyler playing basketball, soccer, watching movies, or hitting on the ladies. Tyler would like to thank all of his family and friends for their continued support and his grandparents for making it to every game. Tyler wants to play ball at the next level while obtaining a degree in Business and Finance.
